ANNE DE GIAFFERRI is a writer-director of films and sound creations. She takes a sensitive look at contemporary society through unique stories that allow the viewer to question themselves. She is the author of documentaries such as The Rule of the Self, about the child's entry into the social space, Uncertain Journeys, about isolated migrant minors, and most recently, A World Without Contact?, about artificial intelligence. In fiction, she directed a short film on mental illness, Stars Also Shine at Night, with Romane Bohringer.
A senior producer at France Culture for 10 years, she has produced numerous radio productions around the world, and for RTBF, she is the author of intimate sound works. Most recently, she presented an immersive sound installation, Cargo, on social mobility in the Mediterranean, at La Station/Gare des Mines, with visual artist Christian Delécluse and Radio France's Innovation Hub.
